ecege is an association focused on expanding quality academic knowledge, enabling education and innovative ideas to positively transform the realities of people around the world . One of the initiatives to help achieve this objective is the USP/Esalq MBA (Lato Sensu specialization courses at the University of São Paulo). With the increase in the number of participants coming from all over the world, Pecege saw an opportunity to hold an event that would bring quality content to students and in parallel with monograph defenses. Then in the SIM Event appeared. An already consolidated event in the city of Piracicaba/SP, in 2020, with the new coronavirus pandemic, it was necessary to basically reflect the entire event. We need to rethink the event as a whole, from the monograph defenses to the content that, at that point, had already become a favorite among our students. In this way, all defenses became online and as well as the lectures, further expanding our online audience.

Now in the online version of the event, the presentation of monographs began in the pre-event, using Pecege's own teaching platform , with communication and dissemination being carried out through the event's application. Challenge The main challenge for the organizers of the SIM Event was to find an online event platform that would meet the demand of providing, in a simple and efficient way , quality content and that could create an effective communication channel about the location where the presentations would be held. monographs, as well as where the rest of the event program would take place. But the possibility of exponential reach that an online version could bring by attracting new people to the event was also on the organizers' radar . Image of the Pre-event Lobby in the Virtual Environment Solution The first solution found was mobLee 365 , which, in addition to providing solutions to the main challenge raised by the event organizers, had the advantage of easy assimilation and handling by participants.

The virtual environment set up for the SIM Event featured two plenary sessions: one for the event's normal program and the second plenary session for questions and answers. The dynamics used were as follows: when the speaker finishes his presentation, he accesses the second plenary to have direct contact with the participants , answering questions, while the event continues simultaneously in the main plenary. The second solution was the event application , used in pre-event communication about where the monographs would be held, and also as a second screen for the event , providing the possibility of sending questions, an interactive timeline, and the possibility of contacting any participant of the event, facilitating interaction between participants, speakers and sponsors. We had already had an experience years ago with the event app and it was very positive. Now, in this new format, we understand that mobLee was the only one possible to serve us in the way we needed and in fact it did! We love this experience of teamwork and constant evolution Marina Fortes.
