From his memoir 'Manual de resistance' (published in ) to the docuseries 'La Moncloa'. Pedro Sánchez makes the leap to the small screen to star in a documentary that will portray the day-to-day life of the President of the Government and his team. The project has been promoted by the production companies Secuoya Studios and The Pool and is currently filming under the direction of Curro Sánchez Varela , winner of the Goya for Best Documentary Film ('Paco de Lucía: The Search'). The series, which will have four episodes, aims to show the “most personal and human dimension” of those who work at the headquarters of the presidency of the Government. Many have been there for years serving different Executives. Along with them, Sánchez will be another protagonist of the story.
Although it is a format already developed in other countries, in Spain it will be the first time it can be carried out. The team from both production companies will follow the president's daily agenda inside and outside the La Moncloa complex. Through a Saudi Arabia Mobile Number List narrative and visual proposal that moves between documentary and factual cinema, Curro Sánchez Varela aims to build an observational story, which will focus on more personal and everyday aspects, far from purely political or ideological arguments. Having the possibility of having such transparent and free access to the day-to-day life of the Presidency of the Government makes you appreciate living in a democratic country more than ever.

Curro Sánchez Varela Curro Sánchez Varela "Now that we live in strange times, having the possibility of having such transparent, free and honest access to the day-to-day life of the Presidency of the Government makes us appreciate more than ever the fact of living in a democratic country, in which its citizens are guaranteed their freedoms. I think it is a differential and very valuable fact for both the team and the spectators,” says Sánchez Varela. The vocation of this documentary series "is to show these two facets, the institutional and human, of Pedro Sánchez and, in addition, to honor and prestige this entire team of workers who, in many cases, have been working for more than four decades at the service of different presidents of democracy in the La Moncloa complex,” emphasizes the filmmaker. This project was born from the presence in the market of documentary works with similar characteristics, which have had an important reception from the public and critics on international platforms, an opportunity still to be explored in the Spanish market.
